What is a ghillie? The word has Scottish Gaelic origins and literally means a “lad” who assists a person, historically of royalty, with fishing, hunting, or stalking prey on a large estate. Our guides (ghillies) are focused on fishing with a fly right now. But who knows, we like hunting, too! So, if there is enough interest we may add hunting to our ghillie services.
